The Diamond Producers Association (DPA) supports DDI’s core work of formalizing the artisanal diamond mining sector and promoting of best practices throughout the diamond industry. DPA’s partnership with DDI also includes targeted education programs for governments, industry, and the general public/consumers. In operation since January 2016, the Diamond Producers Association (DPA) exists to maintain and enhance consumer demand for, and confidence in natural diamonds. By promoting the integrity and reputation of natural diamonds and the diamond industry, the DPA will play a central role in ensuring the long term sustainability of the sector.
